Autumn Beauty Wish List

Autumn Wish List 2014

For me, October is my no shopping month. A kind of Stoptober if you will. I've spent a hell of a lot of money recently on clothes and makeup and I feel I just need to reign it in a tad. Plus we're on the approach to Christmas and I want to try and pay at least a little bit of my credit card off before then. Oh and did I mention I'm saving for Laboutin's? Yep. This is happening. And how ever much I love a Primark haul... It's just not worth dipping into the dream shoes fund!

With the stopping of the shopping in mind, I'm creating myself a little wish list for when I can actually afford to do a decent shop. The season change from summer to autumn is definitely one of the most drastic throughout the year and it really makes me crave a makeup and wardrobe switch up. I'm even planning on doing a bit of a home haul!

So here's a few things I'm hoping to get my little mitts on next month; there's some staple skin care products and also some fun makeup!

No.1 - Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliners
I'm a kohl black eyeliner girl through and through and I can honestly say I have never tried a different colour. As a beauty blogger I am aware that this is not OK! So as the Birthday and Christmas season is fast approaching (I am fully aware that I just said the dreaded "C" word) I think it's time to get some fun colours on my lids. I've heard some great things about these eyeliners and the colour selection is so good; I'm loving the green and the purple. And the gold. And the bronze.

No.2 - Origins GinZing Moisturiser
Right. I've been putting off buying this for so long now but I just can't do it anymore. I know MissGlamorazzi is a fan and being an oily skinned person I feel that this would be a good choice for me. I've heard great things about the brand in general so I think it's time for me to invest.

No.3 - Kiehls Avocado Eye Cream
Another popular choice that I seem to have avoided getting for ages! Don't ask me why; I know it's supposed to be amazing! I've flitted between eye creams recently; some have been good and some have been meh. But I think it's time for me to spend that little bit more and get something I know is going to give good results.

No.4 -  Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser
Don't get me wrong, my Simple cleanser has done me good over the years but I just think I need something a little more specialised and the Liz Earle cleanser just seems like the one for me. I love the idea of using the hot cloth as my skin has a tendency to get quite clogged around the chin and nose. I also love the fact that on the Liz Earle website you can choose products that fit your skin type. She also does a good starter kit too; perfect!

No.5 - Kielhs Earth Refining Tonic
I was recently watching one of my favourite YouTubers, Jaydee Stone, and she mentioned that she'd been using this product to help combat shine. Apparently she used it and noticed a significant reduction in oil by the end of the day. I have been searching high and low for a product that helps me combat shine so I am so up for trying this out! You put it on under makeup and it mattifies the skin providing you with a great base; just what I'm looking for!

No.6 - Nars Audacious Lipstick in Grace
The Audacious collection is a new addition to the lipstick world from Nars. As soon as I saw these were being released I knew I had to get my hands on some, specifically the shade Grace which I think is the perfect pink shade for autumn. There's some beautiful dark reds and nudes in this collection too!

Let me know what's on your autumn wish list!

Lots of Love,
DML
