London Fashion Week 2013

I'm not going to make out like I'm a London Fashion Week veteran, because I most certainly am not! I've never actually been to London Fashion Week and, to be honest, I'm more of a "Street Style" kind of girl. That being said, I've had a look at a few of the shows over the past week and dare I say it... Some of the outfits actually look wearable! The Lady Gaga dresses seem to be a thing of the past this year, and the beautiful pastel shades are right up my street! Here are a few examples of shows I loved and the designs that caught my eye:

Finally, I can't touch on LFW 2013 without looking at the street wear. This really is my favourite kind of style - wearable, functional and eye catching! With places like ASOS Marketplace, Matalan (nope! I'm not going mad!) and TK Maxx, functional fashion just became a whole load cheaper. Looking good no longer means breaking the bank. Have a look at the styles below for inspiration - these ladies really are girls after my own heart, especially the ones in their chic office wear. If these outfits don't make a strong feminist statement then I don't know what will!
